While masks are not mandatory for all program participants, guests experiencing respiratory issues are kindly requested to wear a mask during the encounter. This precaution helps protect the seals, who can be susceptible to respiratory illnesses. Guests exhibiting clear symptoms may be required to wear a mask to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Regarding cancellations, please note that the program fee is non-refundable. However, Georgia Aquarium understands that plans can change. If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, the program can be rescheduled. A $20 change fee per ticket applies if notice is given within 14 days of the original reservation date. Unfortunately, cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
