Visiting Hours and Admission
During the warm weather seasons, our public hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with final admission at 4:30 p.m. In the winter months, beginning in November, our hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (final admission) on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. School and group tours can be arranged by appointment from Tuesdays through Fridays, offering a personalized and educational experience. Please note that our hours may vary seasonally, so we recommend calling ahead to confirm our schedule. Admission is affordably priced at regular rates: $3 for Taylor residents and $4 for non-residents. Children aged 1 and under enjoy free admission. Special events have a separate admission fee of $5 per person, providing extra entertainment and activities.

This fantastic pass grants unlimited admission to the petting farm for an entire year, along with free entry to all our special events. Priced at $50 for Taylor resident families and $60 for non-resident families, the pass covers up to five family members, with additional members available for $15 each. Begin your adventure at our Welcome Center, situated at the northeast corner of Northline and Pardee roads, which serves as the main entrance to the farm. Inside, you’ll find our classroom, a versatile space hosting birthday parties, special events, and educational field trips. Just beyond the Welcome Center, discover our serene Nature Pond, a thriving habitat for koi fish, frogs, turtles, and various aquatic plants. Stroll along the deck for an excellent vantage point to observe turtles basking in the sunlight and wild ducks swimming amidst the waterfalls.
The heart of our petting farm is the Big Red Barn, a full-sized barn where you can meet and interact with a delightful array of farm animals. Home to goats, sheep, alpacas, ponies, a gentle cow, donkeys, rabbits, chickens, pigs, and more, the Big Red Barn offers an immersive experience under the guidance of our friendly staff.
