McDonald’s is bringing extra joy to the holiday season with a brand new Happy Meal that’s perfect for sharing. Starting November 26th, families can grab the Pet Simulator Happy Meal, which includes not one, but two toys in each meal! This special edition is inspired by the popular Pet Simulator games on Roblox, bringing the digital pet fun into the real world.
This unique Happy Meal is designed to encourage sharing and gifting among kids. Each meal comes with two Pet Simulator toys – one for the child to keep and another gift-wrapped toy to give to a friend or loved one. With 18 different Pet Simulator toys to collect, each including a figurine and stickers for customization, kids can dive into the imaginative world of digital pets in a tangible way. Fans of the Roblox Pet Simulator games will recognize characters and elements from Pet Simulator 99, adding an extra layer of excitement to the Happy Meal experience. McDonald’s highlights that scanning the box of each toy with a smartphone or digital device unlocks a “digital game experience”, further bridging the gap between physical toys and the digital game world.

Jennifer “JJ” Healan, McDonald’s vice president, U.S. marketing, brand, content & culture, emphasized the spirit of giving behind this Happy Meal in a press release. She stated, “We hope this special Happy Meal inspires kids to share during this season of giving… This meal has two toys – one for you, and one for you to gift.” This initiative taps into the core values of McDonald’s, often associated with sharing moments and treats like fries or McNuggets, and extends it to the Happy Meal toys themselves, promoting kindness and generosity among young customers during the holidays.
For those looking to get their hands on these shareable Happy Meals, the McDonald’s Pet Simulator Happy Meal will be available from November 26th until December 16th, or while supplies last. Participating McDonald’s locations nationwide will be offering these special meals, with prices varying by restaurant. Customers also have the option to support the Ronald McDonald House Charities by rounding up their purchase price, contributing to the charity’s mission during its 50th anniversary year.
