Discover Dubuque’s Premier Pet Park: A Haven for Dogs and Their Owners

Dubuque proudly offers a fantastic 2.5-acre Pet Park situated on North Grandview Avenue, conveniently located next to the Bunker Hill Golf Course. This expansive, fenced-in park provides separate, secure areas specifically designed for both large and small dogs, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for every canine visitor. The primary goal of this pet park is to create a dedicated space where dogs can freely exercise, socialize, and simply enjoy being dogs off-leash.

Within the pet park, both owners and their furry companions can anticipate lively interactions with other park-goers. To maintain a pleasant environment for everyone, especially the park’s neighbors, owners are kindly requested to keep barking to a minimum. It’s important to note that all individuals and pets enter the park at their own risk, as the City of Dubuque is not liable for the actions of park users or their animals. To enhance your visit, the pet park is equipped with several convenient amenities, including readily available waste bags and disposal containers to help keep the park clean, a combined drinking fountain for both people and pets, and comfortable benches where you can relax and watch your dog play.

Hours of Operation

The Dubuque Pet Park welcomes visitors daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., providing ample opportunity for morning walks or evening play sessions.

Pet Park Usage Fees

To ensure the park’s upkeep and continued quality, a small fee structure is in place:
