Additional Pet Care Services
- Baths: $30 per pet (includes bath, towel dry, and brush) – Keep your pet fresh and clean during their stay.
- Medications: $10 per medication, for the first 2 prescriptions. We administer medications with proper labeling and instructions, ensuring your pet’s health regimen is maintained. (Please note we do not administer injections).
- MWR Food: $5 per pet, per day. We provide high-quality Nutro Max for dogs and IAMS for cats. You are also welcome to bring your pet’s food.
- Container Sales (for Food): $15 per container (20QT). If you bring your own pet food, it must be in a hard, ant-proof container with a rubber seal.
Discounts
- Extended Stay Discount: Reservations of 30 consecutive nights or longer receive a 10% discount on the total boarding cost.
- Military Discount: Active duty Soldiers with PCS, TDY, or Emergency Leave orders boarding for over 30 consecutive nights are eligible for a 10% discount on the total cost.
Important Payment and Policy Notes
- First-time Customers: Must present a DoD ID for verification.
- Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX at our facility and over the phone. We do not accept Government cards or Military Star cards.
- Reservation Deposits:
- Up to 29 nights: 2-night deposit
- 30+ nights: 50% deposit
- Boarding Paperwork: Please email your completed boarding paperwork prior to drop-off to ensure a smooth check-in process and deposit refund eligibility. Failure to provide complete and verified documents by drop-off day may result in a non-refundable deposit and inability to board your pet.
- Full Payment: Expected upon pet drop-off.
- Early Pick-up: Allowed, but payment for up to 7 days past any notice may still be required (except for emergency leave, TDY, and PCS orders).
- Food Containers: If providing your pet’s food, it must be in a hard, ant-proof container with an airtight rubber seal. Ziploc bags, plastic bags, dog food bags, or Tupperware without a rubber seal are not accepted.

- $20 (if you provide shampoo) – includes towel dry and brush

Vaccination and Medication Requirements for Pet Kennels
To ensure the health and safety of all pets in our care, we require the following vaccinations and health checks:
Dog Vaccinations:
- Distemper (1 or 3 year)
- Bordetella (within the last year)
- Negative fecal test (within the last year)
- Physical/Wellness exam (within the last year)
Cat Vaccinations:
- FVRCP (current)
- Negative FIV test (within the last year)
- Negative FeLV test (within the last year)
- Physical/Wellness exam (within the last year)
Additional Health Requirements:
- All pets must be free of fleas, ticks, heartworm, and intestinal parasites.
- Pets must be on a prescription-strength external parasite control medication (e.g., Frontline, Advantix, Revolution). If not already on preventative medication, it must be applied 3 days prior to boarding.
- Monthly heartworm prevention is required (e.g., Heartgard).
- Medications (excluding injections) can be administered for $10 per medication for the first two prescriptions. All medications must be provided in their original packaging with proper labeling (no pill organizers or unlabelled bags).
Pet Kennel Reservations and Policies
Deposits:
- Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) preferred.
- Up to 29 nights: 2-night deposit
- 30+ nights: 50% deposit
Cancellations:
- Greater than 7 days prior to drop-off: Full refund.
- Within 7 days of drop-off: 90-day credit.
Changes:
- Greater than 7 days prior to reservation start: No charge.
- Within 7 days of reservation start or during stay: Full payment for original dates booked is required.
Special Considerations for Military Personnel:
- Military members with official PCS IN/OUT orders can adjust boarding dates without penalty.
- For leisure travel, cancellations must be made 7 days before the scheduled drop-off date for a refund. Cancellations within 7 days will be charged for the full reservation stay.
Extended Stay Policies (30+ & 60+ Nights):
- 30+ Nights: 50% deposit required, two on-island emergency contacts, duty and personal email addresses, command/supervisor information for Active Duty, employment/supervisor information for DOD civilians, 10% discount on total cost.
- 60+ Nights: Payment in advance every 30 days, 10% discount applies.
- Official Orders: Orders prioritized for facility services and must be submitted and verified by drop-off.
