Booking Your Pet Grooming Appointment
Booking an appointment for our pet grooming services is easy. Please note that we are currently accepting credit and debit cards only for payment.
First-Time Clients: If you are a new client, it’s essential to complete this Google form here for each dog before booking. This ensures we have all the necessary information to provide the best care for your pet. Failure to submit the form beforehand may result in your appointment being turned away.
Schedule Your Appointment: Once you’ve completed the Google Form (for first-time clients), you can book your appointment through our online calendar available here. You will find four different slots available, and all service types are welcome in any slot. If your preferred date isn’t available in one slot, please check the other options on the main booking page.
Appointment Times and Procedures: Drop-off time for all appointments is at 10 a.m. for daytime appointments and 5 p.m. for evening appointments. We will call you as soon as your pet is ready for pick-up. Please plan to collect your pet anytime after notification but before the appointment end time (2 p.m. for daytime; 9 p.m. for nighttime). Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a consent and liability waiver.

Our dog grooming student salon is conveniently located at the CFCC Downtown Campus, Building A, Room 106 (campus map). The easiest access is from the back of the building via Water St., where you’ll see a “Dog Grooming School” sign in the window. Street parking is readily available.
