Natalie and Chad’s wedding was more than just a ceremony; it was a seamless continuation of their decade-long journey together. Their connection, described as comfortable and reliable, much like a timeless pair, set the tone for a day filled with intention and joy at the Museum of Fine Arts St. Pete. We, as their photographers, were truly honored to capture every moment of their beautiful MFA St. Pete wedding.
Natalie began her day in a condo overlooking the very venue where she would soon say “I do”. From her window, the Museum of Fine Arts St. Pete stood as a stunning prelude to the events to come. She chose a Paloma Blanca gown that highlighted her figure with grace and featured delicate, glamorous back details. Adding sentimental value to her attire, Natalie wore a custom necklace incorporating diamonds from both of her grandmothers’ engagement rings – a beautiful “something old” intertwined with her personal history.
Meanwhile, Chad prepared at his home, looking dapper in a classic black tuxedo. His monogrammed cufflinks added a personal and fun touch, showcasing his attention to detail.
Initially hesitant about a first look, Natalie and Chad decided to embrace this intimate moment just weeks before their wedding. The iconic columns of the Museum of Fine Arts St. Pete provided a breathtaking backdrop for their first glimpse of each other. Their embrace was followed by an exchange of heartfelt cards, serving as personal vows shared in a private, emotional setting before the official ceremony. These moments of raw emotion are always a highlight to witness and photograph.
The Membership Garden at the MFA St. Pete was the chosen location for their ceremony. Chad’s grandfather had the special honor of officiating, adding a personal and familial warmth to the proceedings. Natalie’s bridesmaids, elegant in blush gowns, stood by her side as she made her vows. Adding a touch of levity, the groomsmen staged a playful ring mishap, momentarily pretending the ring was lost before producing it, along with a carrot, much to everyone’s amusement. The joy and relief were palpable as Natalie and Chad were finally pronounced husband and wife in this picturesque garden setting at the Museum of Fine Arts wedding venue.
The wedding reception unfolded in the elegant Marly Room at the MFA St. Pete. The head table, centrally located, became the focal point, hosting the wedding party. Surrounding tables featured a diverse array of centerpieces, some towering and some subtly staggered, creating a visually stunning and dynamic reception space. Following their grand entrance, Natalie and Chad shared their first dance as husband and wife, marking the beginning of the evening’s celebrations.
The reception flowed seamlessly with classic rock anthems filling the air, punctuated by touching and humorous toasts. Guests enjoyed a delicious cake and filled the dance floor throughout the night. As the evening drew to a close, Natalie and Chad made their exit through a vibrant tunnel of glow sticks, a fun and energetic send-off to their new chapter.
Natalie and Chad, your day was a beautiful reflection of your relationship, and we are so grateful to have been a part of your Museum of Fine Arts St Pete wedding. We cherish the opportunity to have captured your memories and wish you both a lifetime of happiness together! We look forward to seeing you again soon and celebrating your continued journey. Congratulations!
