EarthWise Pet Madison West was established in August 2017 by local owners Jeff and Tim, along with their canine companion Siena. After years in the IT and software industry, Jeff and Tim sought a more fulfilling path, a true passion. The turning point came with the loss of their cherished beagle, Dolce, which ignited a deep dive into pet nutrition and a strong commitment to providing pets with the most wholesome diets and environments possible.
In their search for a pet store that aligned with their values, they discovered EarthWise Pet. It was immediately clear that this was the perfect venture. They believe it was a sign from Dolce himself, guiding them to create a pet store filled with the finest foods and treats. Becoming EarthWise Pet franchisees ticked every box: a business they could be proud of, a mission centered on pet well-being, and the daily joy of interacting with wonderful pets and their owners. We also avoid block scheduling to minimize the time your dog spends in the salon.
