Welcome to a new chapter in waste management and recycling services! Angelo’s Recycled Materials in St. Pete has officially joined the GFL Environmental family. This exciting transition means expanded resources and continued commitment to excellent service for all our valued customers in the St. Pete area. We understand that change can bring questions, and we’re dedicated to making this process as smooth as possible for you, our customers who relied on Angelo’s St. Pete.
This guide is designed to walk you through everything you need to know about managing your account with GFL Environmental, formerly Angelo’s St. Pete. From setting up your online access to understanding your new invoices, we’ve got you covered.
Getting Started with Your GFL MyAccount
One of the first steps in this transition is setting up your GFL MyAccount. This online customer portal is your central hub for managing all aspects of your service. With MyAccount, you can easily pay bills, request new services, update your account information, and much more, all in one convenient and user-friendly platform.
To activate your MyAccount, you’ll need your new GFL account number. This number is essential for linking your services to your online profile. You can find your GFL account number on your invoice, as detailed in the next section. Visit the GFL MyAccount portal to begin the simple setup process and unlock the full potential of online account management.
Understanding Your GFL Invoice
Navigating a new invoice system is crucial, and we want to make sure you can easily understand your GFL Environmental invoice.

Locating Your Account Number: Your GFL account number is prominently displayed in two locations on your invoice for easy identification. You’ll find it in the upper right-hand corner of the invoice, as well as on the tear-off remittance portion of the bill that you would typically return with a mailed payment. Keep this number handy as you’ll need it for setting up your MyAccount and for any customer service inquiries.
Setting Up AutoPay with GFL
If you previously enjoyed the convenience of AutoPay with Angelo’s St. Pete, you will need to set up a new AutoPay arrangement with GFL Environmental. Unfortunately, the previous AutoPay system does not automatically transfer over.
Setting up AutoPay in your new GFL MyAccount is a straightforward process. By enrolling in AutoPay, you can ensure timely payments and avoid any interruptions in your service. Detailed instructions on how to set up AutoPay can be found within the MyAccount portal, making it easy to manage your payments automatically.
