Locate Arata near the entrance and speak with him to trigger a scene. He will provide you with the URL for Valhalla Server (ヴァルハラ・サーバ), a new dungeon to explore. Access this new area from the EDEN menu.

Upon entering Valhalla Server, look to your left for a shiny object and pick it up to obtain the [Mamemon Medal (マメモンメダル)]. Ensure you have a Vaccine-type Digimon in your team, as they can be advantageous in this area. Head north to navigate a maze-like structure reminiscent of Avalon Server.

Navigate the outer ring westward until you reach a dead end. Hop onto the middle ring south of you to find a chest containing [Export]. From the outer ring near this chest, proceed south, then east into the middle ring again. Follow the middle ring until you can go north back to the outer ring. Here, you’ll find two chests: one with two [Aquamarine], and another at the opposite end of this outer ring with three [Revival Capsule]. Return to the middle ring and head southwest. Enter the inner ring heading north, then proceed to the center platform. Take the north path to the end and use the teleporter.
In the next area, head north to the outer-middle ring. There are two chests on each side. The right path leads to a chest with [HP Capsule B], and the left path on the same ring has three [SP Spray B]. The inner ring also has two chests, one on each side. The east chest contains a [Farm Development Kit (ファーム開発キット)], while the west chest holds a [Farm Expansion Plugin]. Locate the blue object in the northwest section of the outer ring and copy it. Paste this object onto the two empty devices. One device is south of you in the inner-middle ring, and the other is on the opposite side of the outer ring. Completing this puzzle will unlock a path to the next area. Take this path and use the teleporter at the end.
In the subsequent area, turn left onto the outer ring, then north onto the outer-middle ring. Head northwest back to the outer ring. Copy the blue object located below you. At the opposite end of this ring, you’ll find a chest containing [Memory UP]. Return to the outer-middle ring and proceed northeast to the center. Among the four empty devices in the center, paste the blue object onto the northeastern device. Next, head south onto the inner ring, then northeast onto the inner-middle ring. North of you is a chest containing three [Medical Spray]. Go south until you can access the outer-middle ring to the east, and follow it north. Take the first turn east onto the outer ring, and open the chest north of you to obtain a [Bank Expansion Drive]. Now, head south and copy the green object, then backtrack to the center. Paste the green object onto both the southeastern and northwestern empty devices. Return to the outer-middle ring on the east side, take it all the way north, then east onto the outer ring. Copy the yellow object here, and paste it onto the southwestern empty device on the center platform. This action will unlock the path north of the center, leading to the next area.
Under Zero
Proceed north along the path until a scene is triggered, leading you to the final map of this dungeon. Utilize the Access Point on the right to heal and prepare your pet Digimon team for the upcoming battles. Once ready, go north and take either path on the outer ring, both leading to the center. Entering the center platform triggers a scene, followed by a boss battle.

From the first road split north of you, go northwest. Continue until the two roads converge, then go southeast to find a chest with [Farm Expansion Plugin]. Return northwest, then follow the road north for a scene.
After the scene, from the second road split, go northwest and open the chest at the end for three [Revival Capsule]. Return to the second road split, this time going northeast. Once the roads merge, head southwest for another chest containing [Sleep Barrier DX]. Backtrack northeast, then continue north.
From the third road split, go northwest. Pick up the shiny object at the end for the [Indramon Medal (インダラモンメダル)]. Go back southeast and take the northeast road. Head southwest once the roads reunite, then open the last chest at the end for [Memory UP]. Follow the road north until you reach an Access Point. Prepare for a boss battle and save your progress. Vaccine Digimon are recommended for the upcoming fight. Once ready, move north to the next area.

Move north slightly to trigger a series of scenes, culminating in a boss battle. Note that the next two bosses cannot be scanned.

In this area, simply proceed forward. Each encounter with Yuuko? (悠子？) triggers a short scene. After four or five scenes, you will be transported back to Roppongi. More scenes will unfold, and you will receive 1,000 CSP, concluding Chapter 11.
Chapter 12: Wandering

Chapter 12 is primarily story-driven, filled with scenes.

Chapter 13: Tokyo Digification

Upon regaining control of your character, exit Nakano Broadway and head to Asakusa (浅草).
Victory Uchida Location – Asakusa: Locate Victory Uchida hiding on the left side of the area. Speak with him to receive [Aegis Apple] and the [Leviamon Medal (リヴァイアモンメダル)]. These items are great additions for any aspiring pet Digimon master.

After visiting Victory Uchida, make your way to Shibuya (渋谷).

Find Nokia near the top left corner of the first area and speak with her to trigger a scene. Use the nearby Access Point to enter EDEN, and then select EDEN Free Area (EDENフリーエリア).

A scene will automatically play upon entering. Afterwards, you will receive 1,000 CSP and return to the agency.

Speak with Piedmon, then use the Export item obtained earlier (or exit the dungeon normally). Leave Kowloon Lv. 4 and go to EDEN Open Space (EDENオープンスペース).

Talk to the NPC with an exclamation mark, the Circus Ringleader (サーカス団の団長). Then return to Piedmon in Kowloon Lv. 4.

Drop down again to return to the entrance, go up the north ramps and use the teleporter. Follow the south path, ignoring the teleporter. You’ll find three chests, one blocked by a Lv.4 firewall. Use Wall Crack Lv.4 (ウォールクラックLv.4), requiring four Ultimate (Perfect 完全体) or higher Digimon. The east chest has [Home Gate], the west has three [HP Capsule A], and the north has two [Boost Banana]. Return to the south teleporter and use it. Approach the three Digimon for a battle.
Utilize tactics like Dot Rosemon’s Texture Blow to prevent healing and exploit weaknesses.

Examine the boxes and papers near the white board in the agency. Choose “Yes (はい)” when prompted to “take a break” to access Digital Network VI.

From the first node, go northwest and follow the path. Pick up the shiny object at the end for [SPD Restraint Chip B]. Return to the first node, go northeast one node. Head southeast for another shiny object, getting [INT Restraint Chip B]. Move three nodes north, then west. Pick up the last item for [HP Restraint Chip B]. Backtrack east, then north to the exit. After a short scene, you’ll return to the agency, unlocking a new case.
Broadway/Detective Agency
Exit the agency and head south. Speak with Nokia near the escalator to unlock another case. Return to the agency and check the white board. Let’s do the Red 17 case first. Accept it for a scene, then exit Nakano Broadway to unlock Ueno (上野). Enter Ueno.

Walk east and examine the middle store above you (out of three small stores) for the last scene. This clears the case and returns you to the agency.

Upon entering, talk to the NPC northwest of you (exclamation mark), the Newspaper Part-Timer (新聞配達のバイト). Buy a newspaper for 100 Yen, getting a Daily Tokkaido Sport (日刊東海道スポーツ). Return to Nanimon via Connect Jumping from the Central Hospital.

Return to the end of the dungeon. Choose the first option when speaking to Nanimon to deliver the newspaper. This clears the case. Exit and return to the agency and turn in the case.
Turning in Blue-07 unlocks Digital Space 10 in the Mirror Dungeon, if you completed “Nightmare Eater” (Red-06).

Turn in the case, then go to the Central Hospital (セントラル病院) to continue the story.

Victory Uchida Location – Central Hospital: If you missed Victory Uchida earlier, turn right from the entrance and talk to him for a [Large Capacity USB (大容量のUSB)].
Talk to Yuuko near the elevators for a scene. You’ll be in the Special Ward (特別病棟), return to the Lobby (ロビー) via elevator. Speak to the nurse at the reception desk’s south end for the keyword “Confused Man” (錯乱した男). Use it on the Energetic Boy (元気な男の子) on the west sofas, then take the elevator to the General Ward (一般病棟). Go right and north through the hallway, ignoring doors, and examine the top right door at the end for scenes, leading to a new dungeon.

Drop south of the Access Point, use the teleporter. Then use the teleporter south of the ramp on your right. Follow paths to MetalEtemon. Talk to battle.

Enter the pixelated subway entrance, guarded on both sides. Use Stealth Hide (ステルスハイド) hacking skill (Virus Digimon needed). Use the Access Point if needed. Bypass guards, enter the subway to Shibuya Digital Shift.

Follow east to a garbage can item for three [HP Capsule A]. Go southwest to the next area. Go south in the following area. Head east to another garbage can for [Development Patch]. Go north to the next map. Shiny object top right for [Makuramon Medal (マクラモンメダル)]. Climb west stairs to the next area, go east to a chest with [Sage Disk]. Go west, take the first north stairs down to the next map. Approach the sphere north for a battle.

After the fight, an obstacle disappears. Climb north stairs, head west to a chest with two [SP Spray B]. Backtrack to the previous area. Go south, then east from the intersection. At the end of the path, go south for a chest with [Farm Expansion Plugin]. Go north to the next area. Access Point available. Bring Virus Digimon. North is the last chest, [Farm Development Kit]. Step on the railway right and follow it north. Save, then continue north until a scene triggers, followed by a boss battle.
