- Education and Communication: Educating clients on basic pet care and hospital procedures, and skillfully answering non-medical inquiries to ensure they feel informed and supported.
- Communication Management: Maintaining exceptional client service standards by efficiently managing phone calls, taking detailed messages, and transferring calls as needed. Regularly monitoring emails and faxes to address client needs promptly.
- Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling various appointments, including in-office diagnostics, and effectively communicating with referring hospitals to obtain necessary patient records. Managing appointment reminders and rescheduling as required.
- Record Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date computer records for clients and patients, ensuring all patient information is verified upon arrival.
- Reception and Facility Maintenance: Keeping the front desk, reception area, waiting areas, and exam rooms organized, neat, and clean to provide a welcoming environment.
