How to Participate in the Pet Photo Contest
Joining the Abandoned Pet Rescue calendar contest is straightforward and rewarding:
- Submit Your Pet’s Photo: Pet owners are invited to submit captivating photos of their pets or even a charming APR adoptable pet.
- Submission Deadline: Mark your calendars! Photo submissions are open until August 31, 2024, closing promptly at 11:59:59 PM.
- Entry Donation: A $10 donation per photo submission is required. Rest assured, every single pet photo submitted will be proudly featured in the printed 2025 APR Calendar, maximizing visibility for your adorable animals and support for abandoned pet rescue.
- Photo Guidelines: Please limit photos to a maximum of two pets. For this pet-centric project, photos of people are not permitted.
- Reserve a Special Date: Looking for a unique way to commemorate your pet? You can reserve a specific date in the calendar to feature your pet (see details below).

Participating is simple! Just submit your favorite pet photo and encourage your friends and family to vote for your entry. If your chosen date is already reserved, you will be promptly contacted to select an alternative date to celebrate your pet and support abandoned pet rescue.
