To our valued clients, please be advised of an important update regarding our prescription policy, effective September 1st, 2024. Moving forward, The Pet Hospitals will no longer be able to approve prescription requests from outside pharmacies via phone or fax.
This policy change does not restrict you from obtaining your pet’s necessary medications from a pharmacy of your choosing. We are happy to provide a written prescription for your pet at no charge. Clients will be responsible for delivering this written prescription to their preferred pharmacy, whether by mail, email, or in person.
Kindly note that all requests for written prescriptions require a 24-hour processing period.
