Emergency After-Hours Assistance:
For emergencies outside of our regular business hours, please text or call 937-838-2209. Leave a message with your phone number, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
After-Hours Drop-Off Vault:
If you need to bring your pet to us after hours, we offer a secure and respectful after-hours drop-off vault for your convenience. The vault is located at the back of the cedar shake house with white trim, bay window, and wooden deck, on the east side of the property. Specifically, it is situated behind the house, to the right of the deck, in a small alcove. You will find a white door marked “VAULT” with detailed instructions. Please ensure the vault door is fully closed to keep all pets safe. Kindly place a paper with your name, phone number, and your pet’s name and a brief description in the provided tray along with your pet. We will contact you the next business day to finalize arrangements.
