Carrier and Consignee Delays: We do not provide a live arrival guarantee for shipments delayed or mishandled by the carrier or if the consignee is unavailable for the first delivery attempt. It is crucial to be present to receive your shipment promptly.
Temperature Restrictions: Live arrival is not guaranteed for shipments traveling to or destined for areas experiencing extreme temperatures, specifically below 40°F (4°C) or above 89°F (32°C). Shipping during these conditions poses significant risks to animal welfare.
Amphibian Shipments: Due to their delicate nature, we do not offer a live arrival guarantee on amphibians at any time.
