We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. This allows our US customers to receive their Mau Pets products without any additional shipping costs.

45-Day Risk-Free Trial and Hassle-Free Returns

We stand behind the quality of our Mau Pets products. That’s why we offer a 45-Day Risk-Free Trial. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make the return process as easy as possible.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form within 45 days of receiving your order. Describe the issue and, if applicable, include photos to help us understand your concern. Our team will work with you to find a solution.

If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Simply repack the item in its original packaging, affix the label, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx or USPS location. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process a full refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection and processing of your refund.

Please note that returns are generally not accepted after 45 days from the delivery date, unless an extension has been granted. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return does not meet our policy guidelines, and any damage to the product upon return may result in repair costs being deducted from the refund.

1-Year Comprehensive Warranty on Mau Pets Products

All Mau Pets products are backed by a 1-Year Warranty against functional defects. If you discover any manufacturing flaws within one year of receiving your product, please contact us. We may require proof of the defect in the form of photos or videos to assess the issue.

Our warranty covers functional defects but does not cover normal wear and tear. The resolution method, which may not always be a full replacement, will be determined at Mau Pets’ discretion. We are committed to working with you to resolve any warranty issues promptly and fairly.

International Shipping and Returns Information
